All merchandise sold on this site is new, With the only exception being
“Pre-Owned Equipment” page. The equipment listed as Pre-owned has been
obtained through agency trade-ups. All Pre-owned equipment is fully
functional and sold “AS IS”
without any warranty. From time to time we also offer our
“Demo” equipment on the “Pre-owned Equipment” page, this is equipment that
has been demonstrated by our sales representatives

professionals throughout the U.S. in purchasing emergency vehicle
equipment.
- Many products sold on this site require expertise in
the automotive, mechanical and/or electrical disciplines for proper
installation.
- All merchandise sold on this site is warranted by

Restrictions on the Sale of
Specific Products
Laws and codes regarding the use of emergency warning devices vary greatly
within the United States. Some items are restricted in one jurisdiction and
may not be in another. Selected products and color variations are restricted
to Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel only. When you place an order
with us for a restricted item you are stating that you are authorized to
make such a purchase and that you are in compliance with all local, state,
and federal laws concerning the purchase and/or use of that product.

Warranty
All merchandise is covered under the manufactures warranty. WESTCHATHAM.COM
does not hold the warranty on any of the products sold on this site. The
manufacturer must handle all warranty repair work or the warranty is null
and void.

Shipping
WESTCHATHAM.COM ships via
UPS we do not ship via the US Postal Service.
Heavy and/or oversized items such as consoles, prisoner transport seats,
truck racks and traffic control devices may well incur additional freight
charges. In these cases a sales representative will contact you with the
actual freight charge for your order.
Our Daily Pickup by
UPS is at 5 PM Eastern time, Therefore orders for Next day or Second Day
delivery must be received by 4 PM Eastern time to allow for processing.

Taxes
WESTCHATHAM.COM collects sales tax for all orders within the state of
Georgia.

Returns
REFUNDS/CREDITS
In order to provide superior customer service WESTCHATHAM.COM will issue a
refund for any product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product
for any reason simply follow the instructions below and return the product
to us. We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of the returned less a
20% restocking fee. All returns for
credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The product must be returned
unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and
instructions. Original freight charges are non-refundable. Product
returned after the 30 day window or without a RMA number will be refused.
THE FINE PRINT:
- ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO A
20% RESTOCKING FEE.
- ORIGINAL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
- Returns will be accepted for items returned with a
RMA up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping of the
product to our warehouse. In order to track your return, please ship via
UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE, DHL.
- Returns will be processed within 24 hours of receipt
of your package.
- All returns must be packaged securely and insured,
we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in their
original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any
items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes
scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a
refund.
- Complete our on line Return form. We will email you
a RMA form complete with authorization number.
- Pack the item along with a completed
return form in a box.
- Follow the instructions on the
return form and ship the box back to us.
WHY A RE-STOCKING FEE?
Returns are very expensive for both you and for us. Rather than inflate all
of our prices to cover the costs that we incur to process returns, we feel
that it is much more equitable to charge a re-stocking fee to those people
who actually do make returns.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
In order to provide superior customer service WESTCHATHAM.COM will replace
any defective product except strobe power supplies that are returned to us
within 30 days of purchase. Strobe power supplies must be returned to the
manufacture for repair or replacement.
THE FINE PRINT:
- Complete our on line Return form. We will email you
a RMA form complete with authorization number.
- Pack the item along with a completed
return form in a box.
- Follow the instructions on the
return form and ship the box back to us.
We will ship the replacement item back to you as soon
as we receive the defective part.
You pay for the freight back to us and we will pay for the freight back to
you.
Items returned after the 30 day window or without a return authorization
number on the outside of the box will be refused.
Please note that if you have a warranty issue with a product after
the initial 30 days we will be happy to assist you in returning the item to
the manufacturer for repair.
TERMS OF SALE
WESTCHATHAM.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT OR PROCESS ANY ORDER PLACED
ON OUR WEBSITE.
By placing an order on this site you agree to release West Chatham Warning
Devices Inc. DBA (WESTCHATHAM.COM) from any and all liability associated
with the use of the equipment purchased. In addition, you release West
Chatham Warning Devices Inc. DBA (WESTCHATHAM.COM) for any and all liability
for the for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage,
personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of
contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise.
All international orders are sold "as is" and warranties are not covered
beyond the boundaries of the 50 U.S. states.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING
FEE
*Special Order, or Custom items are not returnable unless the item is
defective upon receipt. Defective strobe power supplies must be returned to
the factory for repair.*

installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.

dimensions are approximations; please see factory spec sheets for exact
measurements. Prices shown are subject to change at any time. While we
strive for accurate pricing sometimes errors can occur. In such cases we
reserve the right to honor pricing on typographical errors.
